Conference Fees & Dates

Regular Registration through March 10, 2008 -- $145

Late Fee after March 10, 2008 -- $165

Refunds through March 10, 2008, full registration minus $20 administrative fee.

No refunds after March 10. Registration DOES NOT include hotel room

Fee includes: All Workshops and Appointments, Continental Breakfasts Saturday & Sunday mornings, Friday night reception, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Banquet & Book Fair.

Authors who have promotional material (Bookmarks, flats, etc) or if you want to get in on the bookfair, contact us as soon as possible.

Meal Tickets are available for a guest you may be bringing who will not be a regular conference attendee. Please email our Conference Coordinator if you are bringing a guest. Your Full Plan is included in the registration fee you paid.

The Hotel provides a nice Continental Breakfast.

For individual events:

Friday evening reception (hors d'oeuvres with cash bar) - $15.00
Saturday boxed lunch - $18.00
Saturday evening banquet with speaker - $35.00

Full Plan (for the entire weekend) - $68

PayPal Instructions: Use the link on the Conference page to pay for Full Plan Guest meal Ticket(s). If you only need Individual Event Tickets, email the coordinator and tell her what you want. She will send an invoice with the correct amount to pay: For instance, if you only want the Boxed Lunch and Banquet Ticket, she will send you an invoice to pay $53.00.
