Manda Collins

Manda Collins writes Victorian and Regency historicals with an edge of suspense. She earned both an MA in English and a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama before becoming an academic librarian at a small liberal arts college in the South. She is represented by Holly Root of the Waxman Agency.
